Football match had been started since 9 pm. The girls were spending their time talking and eating at kitchen's bar next to the living room where the boys were serious sitting and watching the match there. Jury who was planing to get close with a British boy who was looking like Jude Law had changed her sympathy since she know that he wasn't single. When it was a short break of the match which is called 'half time', the boys gathered with the girls at the bar talking, joking and bothering. And when the break time gets over they went back again to continue watching the match.
A mysterious girl, Keithy still not known yet her identity. Catrinel been trying to peek over the conversation between them but still got nothing about Keity's relationship with Radu.
"May I use the toilet please???" asked Keithy to Catrinel.
"Yeah, sure. It's right behind us. That door." answered Catrinel showing the bathroom.
When Keithy went to bath room, Catrinel, Jury, and Sofiah started to whisper to each other. Keithy's mysterious personality had made Catrinel resentful. Catrinel was just curious about Radu whom never been acting so weird. Especially about girls, he never been that crazy about someone so much. But how could he totally changed suddenly??
" Did you see that??" said Catrinel to Jury and Sofiah as she was annoyed.
" I am not sure that she is the person.." said Sofiah to Catrinel with playing her empty cup.
" Me too, but ....." said Catrinel doubted. They were still sitting on a bar which has 5 black shiny chairs. An empty plates, emptty bags of gummy bear and some chips, bottles of beer, and an empty cup of tea filled up the bar. Catrinel stood up to clean the bar and wash the dishes. When she turned on the water, Keithy came out from toilet. And she went to sit with the girls at the bar.
"GOALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL" the boys shouted from their excitement.
"Woah!! " said Jury shocked from the boys shout. She was busy with her phone like usual. Keithy and Sofiah who were in front of her were laughing at her reaction.
When Catrinel finshed her work, she went back to sit with the girls. It was 10.30 pm and the match was not over yet. Sofiah thought that she should go back to the hostel soon before it's geeting more late. Catrinel asked her to stay and sleep there with the others but she refused.
" The time flew so fast! I didn't know that we spent a lot of time here.." said Catrinel amazed when she realized that it was already night.
"Ha ha ha ha ,, seems like you are enjoying the day very well." said Sofiah while she was prepairing to leave.
Radu was sitting with the boys at coach, when he saw Sofiah with her bag standing he says "Are you leaving now??"
"Yep, I should go before it's getting late Radu.." said Sofiah holding her bag. Mihai turned his attention from TV to Sofiah when he heard Radu's conversation with Sofiah.
"Alone??" asked Mihai. Sofiah just replied him with a smile. And Jury says "I'm going to stay here. I'm bored at the hostel.." She sighed and hoping Sofiah wont mind.
"I understand Jury, don't worry about me. You really should change your mood.." said Sofiah.
"I'll order you a taxi, just wait.." said Catrinel worried about Sofiah. She went to take a phone book to get a taxi driver number.
"Let me take a bus. It's fine for me." said Sofiah while she was wearing her shoes.
"I'm going with you.." said Mihai suddenly. He woke up from coach to take his shoes and jacket.
"No! No!.. Don't bother your self, I can walk alone." refused Sofiah to Mihai to not deliver her to the hostel.
" You're not bothering. I wanna ask you about some studies while we walk..." said Mihai trying to make Sofiah to not refuse him walking with her.
"Your team will lose when you leave them.." joked Sofiah to make Mihai wish to keep watching the match.
"Ha ha ha .. " Mihai laughed and he replies " Radu got the power for that ..." . The joke made Radu curious about it and he asks "What power you guys are talking about???"
"Ball Carismaaaaaaa..." said Keithy by making her voice like a fortune teller and her hands were like holding the ball. Everyone were laughing except Catrinel who became more curious about Keithy because she could predict what was in Mihai's mind about Radu.
Keithy moved her seat from bar to coach next to Radu and she hugged him. And Radu messed her hair just like how he treated Catrinel.
"Are you guys together???" asked Jury instinctively following by holding her head with her hand which she put it on the bar table.
"Together,,, Together.." sang Beck a song of Carol Banawa feat RJ Rosales- Together which made everyone paying their attention to him and laughed.
"Ohh,, I hate that song.." said Keithy to Becker. Everyone were laughing and started to talk about that song which they said that Becker was obessed about it since he found it from youtube. Catrinel who was really serious waiting the answer became dissapointed because the question haven't answered yet.
"So no need taxi Right??" said Catrinel and closing her phone which just started to beep once.
"No need.." said Mihai still staring at Sofiah.
" Okay.. Take care guys.." said Catrinel while Sofiah went to the girls giving them hugs and kisses and a simple wave to the boys.
"Caos everyone!" said Sofiah and she got out from the door followed with Mihai.
Sofiah and Mihai walked through the Subway. When they arrived, they spent sometime to wait the bus coming over them. At first they didn't talk much. But after awhile, they were getting close to each other and had a lot of jokes with laughes. The street was a little bit quite than at the afternoon. And there were not much people around the street at that hour.
" You know? I thought you were arrogant and typy person." said Sofiah to Mihai who was so friendly.
" I think I am.. " replied Mihai with puting his hands in his jeans pocket.
"Not really.." said Sofiah. She was wearing long jeans and a long Tshirt with a long sleeves which was covered by her black silky jacket that has a big buttons. Her scarf never left from her head. She loves to match them with her clothes she wear all the time. And that night she was wearing a white scarf with a white T-shirt that has a lot of motives and a black ledging jean.
" Let me tell you another joke.." said Mihai.
"Okay go on.." said Sofiah waiting another joke from Mihai.
" A teacher of kindergarden asked every student to draw everything they want to draw. And when every kids were done, the teacher saw a paper of a boy who had his paper darwn a vertical line and a spiral in the middle of the line. The teacher confused and asked him, "Can you tell me what did you draw on this paper??" " told Mihai slowly.
"And??" asked Sofiah curious.
"And the kid says "Its a cat hiding behind the wall..."" completed Mihai and they were laughing.
"Ha ha ha .. Thats so funny! I would think that he might has a mental problem.." said Sofiah couldnt stop laughing.
" That's the most creative draw Sofii" said Mihai by calling her nick name.
"Yeah, right.. Abstract! " added Sofiah. The bus came and they got in.
"Exactly!" said Mihai.
The bus was empty. No one was inside except the driver, Sofiah and Mihai. Sofiah took a middle seat. And Mihai stood up in front of her holding the rope.
" Are you going to follow me until the hostel??" asked Sofiah.
"Nope,.." answered Mihai simple and smiling.
"Then??" asked Sofiah waiting Mihai to give the reason.
"Until you'll borrow me your note books and say that anytime you'll be able to teach me again after class." told Mihai lowering his gaze and smiling.
" Oh yeah.. Right.. I forgot about that.." said Sofiah embraced. "And why are you standing??" asked Sofiah because all seats were empty.
"I really don't know why..." said Mihai and laughed because he didnt know what he was doing standing while there were a lot of seats empty around. He took a seat infront of Sofiah's seat. And then he started to search topic about their studies. "So next week we will start to have practicum??" asked Mihai looking at Sofiah who was laying oh the seat and resting.
"Yup.. Are you coming tomorrow??" asked Sofiah.
" I don't know yet.." said Mihai doubted. " But maybe yes I will." said Mihai again not sure.
"Aren't you tired working and studying all the time??" asked Sofiah care.
"Well, this is my life. And I have to walk through it." said Mihai with a tired face he wiped his black hair.
"Look! we already close to the hostel..." told Sofiah to Mihai when the bus arrived at another subway.
"Oh yes, Lets just stop here and we'll walk to your hostel." said Mihai. They got out the bus and they walked.
Silence lead the night. They were walking and smiling to each other like they didn't have anything to talk. And Sofiah says "You shouldn't follow me.."
"I wouldn't do that if I don't need your book.." said Mihai teasing.
"How important is that note book??" said Sofiah laughing. "I'm going to charge everyone who want to borrow it..." continued Sofiah.
"Come on,, dont you feel pity of me working all day having little rest and so on.. And now you want to charge me paying for your book?? are you trying to kill me??" said Mihai made Sofiah laughed.
"Here we are..." said Sofiah when they got close to the hostel's gate while they were still walking.
When they arrived they asked the security to open the door and Sofiah got in. Suddenly Mihai yawned and says " Sofiiii.."
"Yes, wait and I'll bring you a book..." said Sofiah who wanted to run and took the book from her room.
"No dont...!" said Mihai didn't let her go to take the book. And he continues"I am soooo sleepy I really need to go back.."
"Are you kidding me???" said Sofiah surprised.
"No this time serious.." replied Mihai kept yawning.
"Oh God, what a waste???" said Sofiah still amazed at Mihai.
"I am leaving now. Night night Layla..." said Mihai and he left.
"hahahaha...." Sofiah laughed because he called her Layla-- a familiar Arabic name which means night. She was still amazed at Mihai a boy who always act weird. Didn't know how Catrinel could understand him as well.
"Unpredictable person..." said Sofiah while walking throught her room.
